Users may customize the Ribbon Interface by changing icon style and placement.

From the Machine menu manage the Machine type, Machine settings, Suction Cups, Turret Setup and Punch Die Changer (PDC)

The Turret window is a graphical representation of all the stations in your machine.

The Turret Illustration Design window allows you to create a turret illustration for your machine setup or import a turret illustration for modification.

Click the Tool Inventory button to open the Tool Inventory, which lists all the tools in the currently loaded Tool Inventory.

The ATC substitutes for the tool inventory. The tools are assigned either from the turret or from the ATC.
Note: Depending upon the driver loaded, this may be the PDC icon.

The Material Library allows the user to define and organize the Sheet Metal Stock (material) that exists in their shop. All materials and condition files that are used when laser cutting can be created, stored & edited in this one utility.

Click the Tower Inventory icon to open the Tower Inventory window, which lists read-only info on the current material in the tower. This option functions with newer Amada material towers such as the AMS 3015 CLT and ASR 3015N TK. This option is disabled if there is no material tower connected.

Click to open the Lead In & Lead Out panel in the Material Info window to edit a material file for a punching, cutting or combination system.

Select to open a material file. If no material file is associated with the current driver, the system will prompt the user to select one.

Select to save a material type. The Save As window will open with the Material folder (in the AP100US installed folder) open.

Toggle Support Pins is available if you have a cutting machine and have defined support pin information as described in Cutting Machine Setup.

Select to open the suction cups dialog. The options available are dependent on the machine driver.

Select to enter NC file comment markers. If your machine allows comments in the NC code, you can specify which characters to use as markers.

Select to open the Preferences>Default window.
