Description |
If the unloading sequence has already been set, the user may select this option to reset the entire unloading sequence. Click for more Reset Unload Sequence info.

To sequence the part for an automatic unloading operation, select Auto Unload from the submenu. Click for more Auto Unload info.

This option allows the user to manually unload a part or parts. To do so, the user must first open the Part Stacker module by clicking the Edit Stacking button. In the Stacking Module interface When the part have been placed on the stacking table in the order desired, save and close out the Stacking module, return to the AP100US work area and continue the manual unload. Auto Place Final Hit/Cut | Click to place a final hit or cut. The user must first specify the Final Hit or Cut in Part View before using this function. After a Final Cut/Hit has been placed, the Delete Final Cut button will become active. Note: This option is active only when a combo machine is loaded. Click for more Place Final Hit or Cut info.

Edit Arm, Final Cut/Hit |
Select this option and then click a part on the sheet to display the part remover arms directly over the sheet to specify the location for the arms and the status for the suction cups directly in the work area. When the arms appear over the sheet, double-click a part to zoom in. The arms may be placed at any possible angle. Just place the cursor between the arms, left-click and drag the arms to rotate. Left-click and drag with the cursor over the lower arm and both arms can be moved together. Left-click and drag with the cursor over the upper arm and it can be moved independently. When unloading parts to the stacking table, the PR arms treat similar parts, gridded parts and parts in kits or groups as one part. Open the TK Settings or PSR Settings window, in order to set other parameters for the arms.

Clicking this button opens the Part Stacking Module interface. In the module the user may arrange the placement of parts on the part stacking table. |
Select View Unload Sequence from the submenu while Sheet mode (Sheet View) is active to check the unloading sequence in the AP100US work area. When the part removal operation has been finalized, and the NC and SY2 files have been generated, clicking this same button will open the Automation Simulator, which gives the user an accurate simulation of the part removal process. See View Part Unloading for more info. |

Choose this option to delete the unload sequence for a single part. This will remove the part selected from the unloading sequence, not removing it to the stacking table. Click the option and then left-click a part on the sheet. See Delete Unload Sequence for more info.

This option is used to remove the final hit/final cut from the part. Click for more Delete Final Hit/Cut info.

The Undo Stacking option allows the user to cancel the previously defined stack position of a part. That is, when parts have been removed to the stacking table, left-clicking on a part in the sheet will remove that part from the stacking table. |

The Reposition option allows the user to shift the position of the sheet. Note: This option is only used with combo machines, or lasers (such as the Amada Pulsar) that use moving clamps. Click for more Reposition Sheet info.

Select to display stacking (storage) table, which contains parts that have been removed from the sheet. Note: The stacking table displays by default. |
The Process Tabs and Microjoints option allows you to remove all the Microjoints and specify the tab value for the unloading operation. Click for more Process Tabs and Microjoints info. |

Info / Settings

Click to open the settings window for the part remover arms. The options in the window allow you to specify the settings for the arms and storage table that compose the unloading device. Note: Depending upon the driver loaded, this window may be called "TK" or "PSR" Information and options available may vary. Click for more TK Settings or PSR Settings info. |
Select to view the editable SY2 file for the current project. SY2 files are auto-generated when the user creates an NC File, and saved in the NCFiles folder in the AP100US installed folder. Note: An SY2 file is part pickup definition NC file that contains part pickup data. When AMNC-IT / FMS is used, the system will output the SY2 file for automation.

Delete All Stacking | Select to delete stacking from all stacking tables. |
Clear All Final Cuts | Select this option to delete all final cuts that have been placed. |
