AMADA HOLDINGS CO., LTD, has recently noticed that its name and the names of its group companies and their officers have been used without permission in emails to solicit fraudulent business arrangements.

Solicitations impersonating AMADA officers have taken the form as follows:

1. Soliciting unauthorized agreements or offering fraudulent contracts.
2. Requesting action as an AMADA agent in the resolution of outstanding debt.
3. Distributing multiple fraudulent solicitations through a series of illegitimate emails.
