Software
Dr. Abe Blank – Laser-Class uses computers with Dr. Abe software to teach the full use of the Dr. Abe Programming process in regard to Laser cutting machines.
Dr. Abe Blank Punch – Class uses computers with Dr. Abe software to teach the full use of the Dr. Abe Programming process in regard to Punching machines.
Dr. Abe Blank Combo – Class uses computers with Dr. Abe software to teach the full use of the Dr. Abe Programming process in regard to combination punch/laser machines.
Dr. Abe Bend – Class uses computer with Dr. Abe software to teach the full used of the Dr. Abe Bending process for programming and communication with AMADA Press Brake machines.
AP100/FabriWin Punch – Class uses computers with either AP100 Punch or FabriWin Punch software to teach programming of parts to be produced on punch press machines.
AP100/FabriWin Laser – Class uses computers with either AP100 Punch or FabriWin Laser software to teach programming of parts to be produced on Laser cutting machines.
AP100/FabriWin Combo – Class uses computer with either AP100 or FabriWin Combination software to produce parts to be run on combination punch/laser machines.
SheetWorks – Class uses computers with software to produce drawings and models used to develop bending programs for AMADA Press Brake machines.
FabriBend – Class uses computer with software to produce parts for AMADA Press Brakes showing simulation and tool selection.
Machines
Lasers – Offering both basic and advanced classes covering theory, light gauge and heavier plate cutting. Listed machines are usually taught at the AMADA Solution Center in Schaumburg, IL. Older style AMADA Laser cutting machine classes are taught at the customers ON-SITE using the customers machine.
Punching – Offering classes on listed machines with regard to safety, operation, tooling, maintenance, and basic programming. Older style AMADA Punching machine classes are taught at the customers ON-SITE using the customers machine.
Bending – Offering classes on bending safety, theory, layout, operation and maintenance of AMADA Press Brakes listed. Listed types are usually taught at the AMADA Solution Center in Schaumburg, IL. Older style AMADA Press Brakes are taught at the customers ON-SITE using the customers machine.
