The Scale All
Dimensions option allows the user to enlarge or reduce all the
dimensions on the part or sheet by specifying a ratio. The Scale All

Notes: To reduce or enlarge the text size type 2 to double the in size. If 0.5 or 1/2 is entered, the text reduces to half its original size.
