PR-C1 Settings

Whether you select Info from the PR-C1 Unloading submenu, the Information Setup window will appear. The options in the window allow you to specify the settings for the arms and storage table that compose the unloading device.

Notes:

1.   When you select an arm, it will turn red in the preview area.

2.   When you select a cup, it will turn red in the preview area.

3.   Click the cells in the Arm Information table and make modifications to individual suction cups.

4. The options that appear in this window depend upon the driver/machine loaded.

Option

Description

Preview Area

The arm layout and suction cup layout will appear in the Preview area.

Arm ID

The ID number of the current arm. Note: The Simulator supports part removal arms up to and longer that 70 inches.

Arm Length

The length of the current arm.

Arm Width

The width of the current arm.

Cup Count

The number of suction cups on the current arm.

   X-Offset (Right)

The offset from the turret station in the X direction.

   Y-Offset (Left)

The offset from the turret station in the Y direction.

Auto Detect

If you place a check mark in the Auto Detect check box, the system will detect the cup status (On/Off) automatically when you edit the arm.

Unload Order

Allows the user to select the unload order. The image shows the order starting in the upper left corner and moving in the Vertical order.

Suction Cup Table

This section is used to specify the parameters for each suction cup on the arm. When you click a specific cell in the table, the associated suction cup in the Preview Area turns red.

ID

The ID number of the cup.

Loc. X

The X coordinate of the cup.

Loc. Y

The Y coordinate of the cup.

Sensor Cup

Sensor Cup allows the user to define which cup (or cups) functions as a sensor cup.

Note: At least one sensor (or sensor group) must be over a part to pick up.

Radius

The radius of the cup.

Link

The link or row number of the cup.

Plc Code

The code defined for a cup that is recognized by the system.

Model

The model of the cup. 1 is for vacuum, 2 is for magnet.

Group

The group number of the cup.

Import

Use this option to open an unloader file in the *.xml format.

Export

Use this option to save an unloader file in the *.xml format.

OK

Click OK to save the changes and to close the window.

Cancel

Click Cancel to exit without saving any changes.
